Tender Process Commenced

With planning and building warrant now complete, the project has now moved on to the tendering stage. The tender commenced at the end of November with submissions due in January 2023. Thereafter a selection process will be carried out to select the main contractor, as well as Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors. This is another exciting step as we approach the commencement of the works to renovate the building.
